What will your job look like

• You identify obstacles and help the team to overcome them
• You focus the team on what is most important to the delivery of products and services
  You encourage and facilitate continuous improvement of the delivery team
• You coach and mentor both team members and colleagues to apply the profession’s strategic Agile Delivery Framework (including theory, practices, rules and values)
• You help the organization around the team interact in a way that maximizes the value created by the team
• You work with your peers across Professions to make sure your matrixed teams are fully supported.
• Working with stakeholders and delivering on KPI’s to inform and monitor the CDD journey
• Work with/ collate information from diverse teams such as data, engineering, risk and compliance to design system requirements and Agile backlogs
• Manage stakeholders at multiple levels of the organisation
• Have an opportunity to drive change and own ways of working improvements with your teams

Requirements

• Proven agile experience with managing delivery teams through Scrum, Lean, Kanban or SAFe
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in various team settings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
• BS in a relevant discipline or, an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience (Desirable)
• Experience working with JIRA and JIRA Align (Desirable)
• Certified SAFe® 4/5 Scrum Master would be a plus (Desirable)
• Considerable experience of Jira, Confluence, TestRail
• Considerable experience of crafting Epics, Stories, Tasks, dependencies and critical paths
• Preference towards Agile Scrum Master certified
