What will your job look like

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical teams to understand business objectives and translate them into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
• Shape, prioritize, and manage business requirements within Agile delivery frameworks, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and project priorities.
• Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, business requirement documents, and functional specifications.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions to identify business needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze current business and finance processes, performing as-is and to-be assessments to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities.
• Evaluate business processes, data flows, and system interactions to recommend improvements that enhance operational efficiency and business value.
• Work closely with development, testing, and project delivery teams to support solution design, estimation, implementation, and successful delivery.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from finance and operational stakeholders.
• Support financial systems and business applications throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring solutions meet business expectations and compliance requirements.
• Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and business validation criteria to support system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Coordinate UAT activities, manage stakeholder feedback, and ensure successful sign-off of delivered solutions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, business process maps, requirement traceability matrices, and project artifacts.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and support issue resolution to ensure timely and successful project outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance business processes, systems, and operational performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within enterprise environments.
• Proven experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements.
• Strong experience working within Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Hands-on experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, business process models, and functional specifications.
• Experience conducting stakeholder workshops, requirements elicitation sessions, and business process analysis.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, business operations, and systems analysis.
• Experience performing gap analysis, as-is and to-be process mapping, and business process improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test planning, and business validation activities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, technical teams, project managers, and senior leadership.
• Experience working with business analysis tools, process mapping tools, and project documentation standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Agile BA, or equivalent are desirable.
