What will your job look like
- Partner with hiring manager and People Generalist to proactively develop a recruitment strategy for each role to source candidates through internal and external vehicles: cold-calling, networking, internet job postings, employee referrals, internal movement and other creative sourcing venues to present a diverse candidate slate
 - Create, communicate and manage a pipeline tool for key market positions with external and internal top talent in support of proactive succession needs
 - Responsible for full cycle recruitment from posting, selection and offer acceptance
 - Manage the candidate experience through seamless execution of interview process. Builds reputation of business partners by providing best-in-class customer service to internal and external partners
 - Responsible for finalizing offer process, inclusive of reference checks, background screens and compensation requirements; manages the acceptance and turndowns of all candidates
 - Demonstrates an understanding and knowledge of industry information and competitive landscape
 - Achieves established KPIs – Diverse Candidate Slates, Productivity, Cost of Hire, etc.
 - Builds relationships across all brand and functional partners to share internal and external talent; support process improvements and sharing of best practices
 - Partners with People Generalist’s to drive consistent internal mobility process as well support cross functional development
 - Commits to supporting and driving key business and functional initiatives and achieving goals – help builds a culture of priority and ownership regarding the acquisition of talent
 - Management of Open to Hire Report for the business
 - Develop and evolve a metric catalogue to enable decision making and set strategy
 - Build dashboards and reports to be shared with leadership teams
 - Has significantly demonstrated expertise in selection and assessment methods
 - Strong technical capability to learn on-line recruiting applications and LinkedIn
 - Able to manage multiple and shifting priorities, highly effective in dealing with ambiguity
 - High performance mind set – sets high performance standards
 - Capable to communicate at all levels in a clear and concise manner; seen as a strategic partner
 - Able to balance working independently as well as in a collaborative team environment in a fast-paced energetic culture
 - Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation skills, and customer service skills

 - Must demonstrate exceptional judgment, discretion and professional courtesy
 - Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems
 
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and three years of related experience
 - Human Resources certification a plus (e.g., PHR)
 - Three (3) years of previous recruitment experience
 - Working knowledge of the principles and techniques of behavioral based interviewing a plus
