What will your job look like

• Advised clients on suitable training programmes and provided guidance to help them improve performance and achieve targeted outcomes.
• Managed end-to-end client lifecycle: onboarding, needs assessment, service delivery, follow-up and retention
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to design tailored solutions based on client insights and market trends.
• Delivered training sessions and product presentations to ensure clients successfully understood and utilised the programmes.
• Prepared business reports, performance summaries and insights to support management-level decision-making.
• Maintained strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels and repeat business.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or a minimum of 3+ years of experience
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on excellence
• Great team player with a collaborative mindset towards the team
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and drive towards aggressive deadlines
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
• Thoughtfulness, flexibility and a positive attitude
• Fluent in Microsoft Apps and MS Office
• Strong knowledge of Business development systems
• Working knowledge of Salesforce a plus
